1. Who we are

The Service is operated by YogaTherapyHub ("YogaTherapyHub", "we", "us", "our").

2. The Service (marketplace + website tools)

YogaTherapyHub helps yoga therapy providers create a website and allows clients to discover providers and request or book sessions. Providers may connect third-party services (for example, payment processors and video meeting providers) to deliver their services.

Important: YogaTherapyHub is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer and for complying with any professional, licensing, and legal obligations.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Provider responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, offerings, and availability.
• If you accept payments, ensure you have the right to charge clients and that your pricing and refund policies are clear.
• Comply with applicable laws (including privacy, consumer protection, and professional rules).
• Obtain any required client consents for communications, intake forms, health information, and recordings.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking or contacting a provider.
• Arrive on time and follow the provider’s policies for cancellations, refunds, and session conduct.
• Use the Service lawfully and do not interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

6. Payments, fees, and third-party services

Payments will be processed by a third party (Stripe). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. YogaTherapyHub is not responsible for third-party products or services.

Availability: Payouts for providers are only available if you have a bank account and a phone number in one of the supported countries.

Processor fees: YogaTherapyHub does not add an additional payment processing fee on top of the price shown at checkout. However, Stripe and/or your bank may apply fees or charges (for example, currency conversion, bank transfer, or card-related fees) and those fees are set and collected by them, not by YogaTherapyHub.

Free trials: We may offer free trials for paid subscription plans. Unless otherwise stated, a free trial (for example, a 7-day trial) is available only once per account. If you start a free trial, you may cancel at any time. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged according to the plan and billing interval you selected.

Add-ons during trials: Some features (such as custom domains) may be offered as add-ons billed as part of your subscription. If an add-on is included on a subscription that is in a free trial period, charges for both the base subscription and the add-on generally begin when the trial ends.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds: Subscription charges are paid in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period (for example, at the end of the current monthly cycle for monthly plans, or at the end of the current annual cycle for annual plans). You will continue to have access until that period ends. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods, except where required by law.

Chargebacks and payment disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or other payment dispute (for example, through your bank), we may provide relevant account and transaction information to the payment processor to respond to the dispute. We may suspend or restrict access to the Service while a dispute is being investigated.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental assessments related to your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect and remit them.

Changes to pricing: We may change our pricing and plan offerings from time to time. Price changes, if any, will apply starting with your next billing cycle (renewal), and we will provide notice where required by law.

For clarity: YogaTherapyHub does not store full payment card numbers or bank account details on its servers. We may store limited billing identifiers (such as Stripe customer or subscription IDs) to manage subscriptions and entitlements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload or transmit malware, attempt to hack, or probe our systems.
• Scrape or harvest information without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates others’ rights.

8. User content

Providers may upload text, images, and other content to build their site ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant YogaTherapyHub a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by YogaTherapyHub and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogaTherapyHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YogaTherapyHub’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to YogaTherapyHub for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use could cause harm to the Service, users, or third parties.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
