Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial on any plan. Trial access is available once per account. You can switch plans during the trial at no charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to paid. During trial, website allowance is capped at 1 website.
What plans are available?
There are three plans: Essential ($19/mo), Better ($45/mo), and Best ($65/mo). Essential gives you a professional website with an availability calendar and booking requests for private sessions. Better adds classes, events, workshops, series, retreats, teacher trainings, a spam-proof contact form, and team access. Better and Best support offering configuration like early-bird pricing and deposits; Best adds online checkout with payments. All plans offer yearly billing at a 2-month discount.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also manage your subscription directly through Stripe.
Can I have more than one website?
Yes. You can add additional websites to your account from the Billing page by clicking 'Increase website limit'. During trial, accounts are capped at 1 website; to add more websites, start billing first. After billing starts, each additional website is billed at the same rate as your plan. For example, 2 websites on Essential Monthly costs $38/mo.
Do I need a custom domain?
No. Every website gets a free subdomain like yourname.yogatherapyhub.com. Custom domains (yourname.com) are included free with Better and Best plans, or available as a paid add-on ($9/mo or $90/yr) on Essential.
How do I connect my own domain?
Go to Settings > Custom domain, enter your domain, and add the CNAME record shown there to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.). DNS changes can take 1-48 hours to propagate. Both bare domains and www subdomains work.
What image formats and sizes are supported?
We accept PNG, JPG, and WebP up to 3MB per image. Favicon also supports ICO. Recommended sizes: Logo - square, at least 200x200px, transparent PNG preferred. Favicon - simple square icon without text. Hero image - portrait orientation (4:5 to 2:3), about 1000-1400px tall (side layouts may crop; stacked layouts show full image). About image - portrait, about 900-1200px tall (side layout keeps full image visible; full-background layout usually works best with landscape photos).
What is a favicon, and do I need one?
A favicon is the small icon shown in browser tabs and bookmarks. It's optional. If you don't upload one, your logo is used automatically as fallback. If your full logo includes text, uploading a separate favicon (simple icon-only mark) usually looks much better at small sizes.
Can I edit my site content after publishing?
Yes. All content is editable from Settings at any time. Changes auto-save and appear on your public site immediately. There's no separate publish step - your site is always live.
What languages are supported?
Built-in site UI (buttons, headings, labels) is available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Polish, and Japanese. You write your own site copy (Home, About, etc.) in whatever language you prefer.
How does online booking work?
On Essential/Better, private sessions and most event/program registrations use a request flow, so clients submit details and you handle confirmation manually. On Best with Stripe connected, clients can book/register and pay online at checkout. Important exception: paid Group Classes cannot be reserved when payments are disabled (only free classes can register without payment). Confirmed bookings send email confirmations to both you and your client.
What types of offerings can I create?
You can create five types: Private Sessions (1-on-1 bookings from your availability calendar, all plans), Group Classes (recurring weekly timetable with capacity, Better+), Events & Workshops (one-time events with a specific date, Better+), Series (multi-session packages with bundle and drop-in pricing, Better+), Retreats (multi-day immersions with itinerary and accommodation tiers, Better+), and Teacher Trainings (certification programs with modules and enrollment tiers, Better+).
Can I offer early-bird pricing for events and retreats?
Yes, on Better and Best. You can add multiple early-bird price levels, each with its own label, price, and deadline (e.g., 'Super Early Bird' at $3,000 before Dec 1, 'Early Bird' at $3,500 before Jan 1). On Best with Stripe connected, the system automatically applies the correct price at checkout. Without payments enabled, registration follows the request flow.
Can clients pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
You can configure fixed or percentage deposits on supported offerings on Better and Best plans. On Best with Stripe connected, clients can choose to pay deposit or full amount at checkout. Paying a deposit before an early-bird deadline locks in the discounted price for the remaining balance. You collect the balance later by sending a payment link from your Bookings panel.
Can I set a cancellation policy?
Yes. Go to Settings > Booking Policies to write your cancellation and reschedule policy text. This is shown to clients on your booking page and included in cancellation emails. The policy is informational — refund decisions are made manually when you cancel a booking from the Bookings panel.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. From your Bookings panel, you can cancel any booking with optional full, partial, or no refund. For confirmed private sessions, you can also reschedule to a new date and time — the client receives an updated confirmation email and calendar invite. Rescheduling is not available for group classes or events.
How do I accept payments?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Go to Settings > Payments and follow the setup wizard. Stripe handles credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Funds are deposited to your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
What countries support Stripe Connect for payments?
Stripe Connect is available in 40+ countries. During setup you'll select your payout country. If your country isn't supported, you can still use the Essential or Better plans (without payments). Check Stripe's website for the latest supported country list.
Can I customize fonts and colors?
Yes. Go to Settings > Design to choose a font family (Inter, Poppins, Lora, Playfair Display, or system default), adjust text sizes for headlines and body, and set brand colors for buttons, links, and the page background. Both light and dark mode have separate color palettes. You can also set the default color mode to Light, Dark, or Auto (follows the visitor's system setting).
Can I change the navigation bar layout?
Yes. Go to Settings > Navigation to choose from several layouts: standard top bar (logo left, links right), centered, compact, left sidebar, or right sidebar. You can also customize navbar background and text colors for both light and dark mode.
Can I track my website traffic?
Yes. Go to Settings > Analytics and enter your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Measurement ID. Page views will be sent to your own GA4 property. This works on both subdomain and custom domain URLs, and is available on all plans.
How do I connect Zoom for online sessions?
Go to Settings > Zoom and click 'Connect with Zoom' to authorize your account. Once connected, online session bookings automatically create Zoom meetings and include the meeting link in confirmation emails. For advanced users, Server-to-Server app credentials are also supported.
Can I invite other people to manage my website?
Yes, on Better and Best plans. Go to Settings > Team to invite teammates. Admins can manage settings and billing. Editors can update site content but cannot access billing or integrations.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account > Danger Zone. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, websites, and subscription. This action cannot be undone. You must cancel your subscription first.
